Is there a cost?
No. This service is completely free for all pet owners whether you're an existing client or not.
What can the vet nurse help with?
They can assess your pet's symptoms, help you decide on next steps, and guide you on when to seek emergency care. They won't prescribe medication or provide a diagnosis — this is a triage service to help you make the best decision.
What happens after the call?
If your pet needs to be seen urgently, they'll direct you to the nearest emergency hospital. If it's not urgent, we'll receive a report and can book your pet in for a follow-up when the clinic opens.
When is it available?
24/7, including after hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Do I need to be a client?
No. The service is available to all pet owners.
