Thank you for such wonderful care and compassion with our dog, Andy.  Dr Jess was so lovely and kept checking in with us that he was doing ok.  Highly recommend!

We brought our 15 year old doggy in to Dr Jess with the decision that she had been through enough treatments at our other vet, which had not really improved her overall wellbeing and left her traumatised. We chose Dr Jess because she had picked up our dog’s heart murmur while she was at another practice, which up till then no other vets had identified. When we brought her in this time, Dr Jess identified high blood pressure - also not previously identified - and suggested we try medication for that before going down the “final” path. We tried this and now two weeks later she is back to her “old” self. I couldn’t recommend Dr Jess and the nurses at Perfect Paws highly enough! We have our darling to enjoy and make us laugh again, thank you Dr Jess!

Dr. Jessica and Kayleen at Caring Paws were warm, genuine, and very thorough with our dog. We felt listened to and never rushed, which we really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and the visit was kept calm. First impression was excellent. Dr Jess exhibited a professional warmth that was very endearing.

Have been to many different vet..Dr Jess I cant recommend enough, clearly loves what she does and the animals she treats. Thorough, knowledgeable and comprehensive but above all compassionate.

If your looking for a vet you can trust and savvy with handling large breeds or working breeds then Dr Jess is your go to.

Dr Jessica is an extremely caring and dedicated vet. Her love of animals clearly shows in the level of attentive care given. Jessica provided regular updates on my dog's condition. Gave clear instructions for at home meditation. Her follow up phone call to check on my dog's progress, shows her dedication to her animal patients.

DR Jess and the team were brilliant

Dr Jess, or just Jess, because she immediately made me feel comfortable enough to call her that,has helped my dear Mimi not once but twice in a short amount of time.As someone who gets very anxious about my cat’s health, Jess put me completely at ease. The care and attention she showed both Mimi and me was incredible. She was personable, kind, understanding, and extremely professional.

I was also unable to get to the clinic, and Jess kindly arranged a time to come to my home to help Mimi, which meant so much to me.

Thank you again, Jess, for all your time, care, and attention. Mimi is feeling so much better.
