A huge thank you to Jess and her team for taking such good care of my dog! Jess recently performed surgery on my dog, removing four lipomas, one of which was located in a very delicate area near her eye. Jess's skills are truly exceptional; the surgery was a complete success, and the wound is healing remarkably well, with almost no visible scars. I feel incredibly relieved and touched. Jess and her assistant are incredibly friendly, patient, and full of love for pets. Every interaction made me feel that they truly treat animals like family. Jess even worked overtime on weekend evenings to update me on my dog's lab results. The whole process was professional yet heartwarming, inspiring complete trust. I wholeheartedly recommend Jess to all pet owners! I’m incredibly grateful to Jess and her team for taking such wonderful care of my dog. Being a bit of a nervous wreck at the vets Buddy needs a little extra care and is a bit of a handful, Jessica is more than happy to care for him and make sure all his needs are vet. The team show so much passion and dedication to our visits. Highly recommend!

We recently had to take our cat, Ollie, in after he suffered a nasty bite wound, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the moment we arrived, the team showed genuine compassion and professionalism, immediately putting us at ease during what was a stressful situation. The vet, Jess, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain Ollie’s treatment, which gave us a lot of confidence. Throughout the day, we were kept updated on his progress, including a thoughtful photo that reassured us he was in good hands. It meant so much to know he was being so well looked after. Ollie spent the day there receiving attentive care, and it was clear the staff truly cared about his comfort and recovery. To top it off, Jess followed up a couple of days later to check on how he was doing, which really shows their dedication beyond just the initial visit. A real gem of a clinic in our local suburb — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and expert veterinary care.

It’s honestly hard to find a good vet, but Dr Jess and the team were amazing. They performed my dog’s vasectomy and took such great care of him from start to finish. He was relaxed, happy, and honestly looked like he had the best time there, it didn’t feel like a vet visit at all. Highly recommend.

He was quite nervous, but they were all so gentle and reassuring, which really helped him feel comfortable. We recently had Kyle undergo surgery at Caring Paws, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received from Dr Jess and the entire team. We recently took our puppy Louie in for his vaccination at Caring Paws and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us warmly, which immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. Dr Jess was incredible, so kind, caring, and gentle, instantly putting both Louie and us at ease. Louie can be a bit nervous, but she handled him so calmly that he stayed relaxed the entire time. It was clear she genuinely cares about the animals she treats. She also took the time to show me how to properly clip his nails, which was so helpful and appreciated. We are so happy to have found such a caring and professional team at Caring Paws, and we will definitely be returning. We couldn’t have asked for a better vet visit for Louie, highly recommend!

We were so worried on a Saturday afternoon when we noticed our little old friend Sphinx the cat was not himself and were looking around for a vet who was open late. We were so lucky to find Dr Jess and her team at Caring Paws, who were able to figure out his problem and remove his bad teeth on the following Monday. Extremely happy with the service for our two dogs. Both needed a procedure. A photo was sent to show how they were after recovery. Everything was explained about post-op care amd medication. Follow-up phone call the next day.

We brought our 15 year old doggy in to Dr Jess with the decision that she had been through enough treatments at our other vet, which had not really improved her overall wellbeing and left her traumatised. We chose Dr Jess because she had picked up our dog’s heart murmur while she was at another practice, which up till then no other vets had identified. When we brought her in this time, Dr Jess identified high blood pressure - also not previously identified - and suggested we try medication for that before going down the “final” path. We tried this and now two weeks later she is back to her “old” self. I couldn’t recommend Dr Jess and the nurses at Perfect Paws highly enough! We have our darling to enjoy and make us laugh again, thank you Dr Jess!

Dr. Jessica and Kayleen at Caring Paws were warm, genuine, and very thorough with our dog. We felt listened to and never rushed, which we really appreciated. Dr Jess, or just Jess, because she immediately made me feel comfortable enough to call her that,has helped my dear Mimi not once but twice in a short amount of time.As someone who gets very anxious about my cat’s health, Jess put me completely at ease. The care and attention she showed both Mimi and me was incredible. She was personable, kind, understanding, and extremely professional.

I was also unable to get to the clinic, and Jess kindly arranged a time to come to my home to help Mimi, which meant so much to me.

Dr Jessica was amazing and was wonderful with Sophie. She was so compassionate and caring and showed so much empathy to Sophie and us. She was great at explaining everything and did what she could to make Sophie more comfortable. We had a wonderful experience with her and would highly recommend her and use her again in the future.
