I can’t thank the team at Caring Paws enough for the incredible care they showed my dog, Vada, during such a stressful time.

From the moment we arrived, they were compassionate, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put my mind at ease.

Vada’s surgery went smoothly, and the level of care and attention she received during her recovery was outstanding. It was obvious that everyone genuinely cares about the animals they treat, and that made all the difference.

Dr Jessica is an amazing and compassionate vet. I took my senior cat to see her after reading all the reviews and I can understand why her clients love her. She took the time to listen and was very collaborative in her treatment approach. Its rare to find an understanding vet that takes the time to listen and treats your pet like its her own. The vet clinic also has state of the art, brand new surgical and xray equipment. Highly recommended Dr Jessica and her lovely team at Caring Paws Vet Clinic.

Dr Jessica is kind, caring and has a gentle touch. Nurse Lyn is also really caring and we appreciated her letting our nervous cat sit in a quiet room away from other animals.

We took our puppy Leo to meet Jess and the team, they were extremely caring and sensitive to treat our dogs anxiety and make him feel welcome! They clearly love animals and prioritise patient care and owner education. Would definitely recommend for all furry friends!!

So glad we found Caring Paws. Dr Jess and her team are amazing. Our dog needed minor surgery, they kept us informed on how she was on the day - even sent a photo after the surgery. Winnie was getting anxious while waiting for us to pick her up so Dr Jess had her in the office with her to keep her company. We had a call the next day to see how she was going and a free quick appt a few days later to check her over. Could not be happier - Definitely our new vet.

Jess is so lovely and personable and gentle with my scared kitty. She has given us some really good, down to earth advice and even sent a follow up email to see how we were going. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The clinic was clean and comfortable. Dr Jessica was very professional and knowledgeable. After my puppy took the prescribed medication, he was already feeling much better by the evening.

During my cat’s final days, everyone treated him with such kindness, compassion, and respect. Dr. Jessica was incredibly professional and did everything possible to help him. She carefully explained every step of the process, allowing us to make informed decisions during a very difficult time.

Dr Jessica is a wonderful Vet. She's patient, caring and very thorough. Thorough in the examination of my dog, Paddy, and also when explaining everything to me. I didn't walk away feeling overwhelmed, or confused.

She's has also been incredible with my client's dog who is a very nervous dog - Dr Jessica took her time with Teddy - by the end of the appointment, Teddy was completely relaxed and lay down!

Jessica is a fantastic clinician! The clinic is in a very convenient location. When our boy developed hemorrhagic diarrhea and vomiting, Jess kindly squeezed him into her schedule on the very same day. He was incredibly well looked after. Jess is highly experienced; she was able to formulate an effective treatment plan without relying on an excessive amount of diagnostics. This not only saved us money but proved just how experienced and intervention-focused she is. Highly recommended!

We can’t thank the team at Caring Paw Veterinary enough, especially Jessica, for the wonderful care they provided to our Bella.

Because Bella was born with a congenital kidney abnormality, we were naturally very worried about her desexing surgery. Jessica took the time to answer all of our questions with incredible professionalism, patience, and compassion. She explained everything clearly and did her best to reassure us, which really helped ease our anxiety.

The surgery went very smoothly, and we’re so grateful that Bella remained stable throughout the procedure with excellent monitoring results. Knowing she was in such capable hands gave us tremendous peace of mind.

The post-operative care instructions were also exceptionally thorough, including guidance on wound care, the wound review appointment, and suture removal. Jessica and her nursing team are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and dedicated to their patients.

After moving to the area, we feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing veterinary clinic. We’ll definitely be bringing our cats here in the future as well.

I live nearby and always drive pass this place. Previously it was a COVID Clinic and had been vacated for years. Until Dr Jessica Goh open her clinic for veterinary care. As my dog has diarrhoea and getting worse. Luckily found this clinic to check out my dog. Took blood test and prescribed antibiotics. My dog has big improvement. Thank you Dr Goh for her tender care of my dog.

Really, couldnt ask for a more genuinely caring veterinarian. Our Dearest boy cat was in such good & kind hands,we felt we had cause enough to up and shift his care to this good place. There was excellent follow up service as well.we are really pleased to have found this place. Next month we place our beautiful boy into the hands of this lovely new vet for dental treatment. Annual Vax for a Shiba Inu was super straightforward and well-priced. Also had a check-up which felt thorough and sincere. Will be using Caring Paws as my primary Vet from now on.

I had to take a dog I was pet sitting in and having not much experience with animals I just want to express my gratitude to the lovely team at Caring Paws. They were empathetic and super patient explaining everything to me :) I don’t usually write reviews but felt it was necessary as I am so appreciative!

One of my dogs needed surgery 4weeks and my other dog needed bowel surgery last week pretty unbelievable really. The urgent medical care and empathy was amazing. Dr Jess is a lovely vet and very pleasant at 2 very difficult times for all of us. Reasonably priced as well 👍

Dr Jessica and her team are fantastic. The clinic's so thoughtfully set up pets and owners, so when I came in for a cat checkup the entire process was super easy. It's so supportive having a vet who takes the time to talk through and really understand your pet's needs.

We recently had to take our cat, Annika, to the vet and being so close to us thought we would try Caring Paws. We are so pleased we did. Dr Jess and the team are wonderful. What Annika had turned out to be quite serious. Dr Jess took the time to explain everything, we never felt rushed, and contacted us to see how Annika was going. I knew Annika was in good hands and was also getting some cuddles when she spent the day there.

I visited Jess and the team today for the first time with my two cats for their annual health checks and vaccinations. One of my cats is extremely nervous around strangers, so I was quite anxious about how the appointment would go.

Jess was incredibly kind, patient and gentle. To my surprise, my usually fearful cat allowed Jess to perform a full examination without hissing once, which is something I’ve never experienced before. It was clear that Jess genuinely cared about my cats’ wellbeing, taking the time to discuss their health and diet rather than rushing through the appointment.

What I appreciated most was Jess’s honesty. She only recommended what my cats actually needed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments or procedures, unlike a previous experience I’ve had elsewhere. It’s so refreshing to find a vet who genuinely puts the health and wellbeing of your pets first.

The team at Caring Paws are amazing. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, but despite not seeing him his whole life, they were able to provide empathic yet pragamtic advice to help ease the situation. They are professionals at what they do and are good what they do.

They also organised a time for me to see my cat prior to pick up. I was able to spend time to mourn my cat and say good bye.

A big thank you to Dr Eva for taking such wonderful care of my cat, Pumpkin! 🐱Pumpkin recently had a urinary issue and needed surgery, and I’m so grateful that he was under Dr Eva’s care. She is extremely professional, caring, and thorough, and she took such great care of Pumpkin throughout the whole process. He recovered very well, and I couldn’t be happier with his recovery.

I’ve also been seeing Dr Eva for the annual health checks and vaccinations for all four of my cats for the past two years. Every experience has been excellent. She is always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring towards my cats.

Another great thing is that Dr Eva speaks both English and Mandarin, which makes communication so much easier.

It’s honestly hard to find a good vet, but Dr Jess and the team were amazing. They performed my dog’s vasectomy and took such great care of him from start to finish. Extremely happy with the service for our two dogs. Both needed a procedure. A photo was sent to show how they were after recovery. Everything was explained about post-op care amd medication. Follow-up phone call the next day.

We brought our 15 year old doggy in to Dr Jess with the decision that she had been through enough treatments at our other vet, which had not really improved her overall wellbeing and left her traumatised. We chose Dr Jess because she had picked up our dog’s heart murmur while she was at another practice, which up till then no other vets had identified. When we brought her in this time, Dr Jess identified high blood pressure - also not previously identified - and suggested we try medication for that before going down the “final” path. We tried this and now two weeks later she is back to her “old” self. I couldn’t recommend Dr Jess and the nurses at Perfect Paws highly enough! We have our darling to enjoy and make us laugh again, thank you Dr Jess!

Dr Jess, or just Jess, because she immediately made me feel comfortable enough to call her that,has helped my dear Mimi not once but twice in a short amount of time.As someone who gets very anxious about my cat’s health, Jess put me completely at ease. Dr. Jess looks after our 14-year-old Staffy x Kelpie so well. Our dog can be unfriendly and anxious around strangers, but she is so calm and playful with Dr. Jess!

Thanks very much to Dr Jessica for her recent care relating to my two female kittens. One got spayed and the other had a vax. I'm a first-time cat owner this year so all the experiences have been new. Really appreciated her kindness and patience in answering my many questions.

Dr Jessica was amazing and was wonderful with Sophie. She was so compassionate and caring and showed so much empathy to Sophie and us. She was great at explaining everything and did what she could to make Sophie more comfortable. We had a wonderful experience with her and would highly recommend her and use her again in the future.

We took our puppy Marlo to get vaccinated and had the best experience. Dannii was so lovely, welcoming, super friendly and was very great to talk to. She also gave our pup a lot of love and attention. Dr Jessica is so great, service exceeded our expectations, took the time to explain everything to us and made Marlo feel very happy and safe. Best vet ever and I definitely won't be going anywhere else.
