I had to take a dog I was pet sitting in and having not much experience with animals I just want to express my gratitude to the lovely team at Caring Paws. They were empathetic and super patient explaining everything to me :) I don’t usually write reviews but felt it was necessary as I am so appreciative!

Dr Jess, or just Jess, because she immediately made me feel comfortable enough to call her that,has helped my dear Mimi not once but twice in a short amount of time.As someone who gets very anxious about my cat’s health, Jess put me completely at ease. The care and attention she showed both Mimi and me was incredible. She was personable, kind, understanding, and extremely professional.

I was also unable to get to the clinic, and Jess kindly arranged a time to come to my home to help Mimi, which meant so much to me.

Thank you again, Jess, for all your time, care, and attention. Mimi is feeling so much better.

Jessica is a fantastic clinician! The clinic is in a very convenient location. When our boy developed hemorrhagic diarrhea and vomiting, Jess kindly squeezed him into her schedule on the very same day. He was incredibly well looked after. Jess is highly experienced; she was able to formulate an effective treatment plan without relying on an excessive amount of diagnostics. This not only saved us money but proved just how experienced and intervention-focused she is. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Dr Jessica as a vet! The clinic was in a great and accessible location, and she was incredibly kind and thorough during our cat’s consultation. She took the time to answer our questions and concerns with patience and friendliness! We felt well looked after at her clinic!

Dr Jess is such a lovely vet, caring, capable, and wonderful with animals. She looks after my two kitties and always makes us feel completely at ease. During my cat’s final days, everyone treated him with such kindness, compassion, and respect. Dr. Jessica was incredibly professional and did everything possible to help him. She carefully explained every step of the process, allowing us to make informed decisions during a very difficult time.

Although we ultimately had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, I feel fortunate that we met such a caring veterinarian in his final journey. Knowing that he was comfortable and not suffering unnecessarily has brought our family some peace.

Dr. Jessica’s genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction, and the entire team showed remarkable empathy and dedication. The fees were also very reasonable.

Finding Dr Jessica at Caring Paws was a lifesaver for our family. Our 15-year-old Spoodle wasn't doing well, and Jess immediately diagnosed the issue: a large tumour on his spleen. Her professional guidance and spot-on advice gave us the confidence we needed during a stressful time. Jess is incredibly patient, kind, and warm, which made a world of difference for both us and our dog. Kayleen and Reanna also did a fantastic job supporting us throughout the process. We were so worried about how a senior dog would handle surgery, but he defied the odds and bounced right back to his old happy self. We had a great experience with Dr Jess and the team. Bruno was very well looked after from the moment we arrived. He was quite nervous, but they were all so gentle and reassuring, which really helped him feel comfortable. Extremely happy with the service for our two dogs. Both needed a procedure. A photo was sent to show how they were after recovery. Everything was explained about post-op care amd medication. Follow-up phone call the next day.
